Job responsibilities include a teaching/administrative load of nine credit hours in the fall and spring terms. These duties incorporate the following: (1) Providing leadership for current and future doctoral students and committees. (2) Advising doctoral students through the dissertation process. (3) Teaching quantitative and leadership courses. (4) Conducting original research in education, leadership, or related field. Collaboration skills are vital. Must develop working relationships with School of Education faculty and leaders of local, state, national educational organizations.
