1. ABILITY TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT IN A LIBRARY SETTING.

This position is equivalent to the GS-04 level. In order to receive consideration for this position, candidates should describe one-year of any training or experience, education, and/or training that equipped them with skills in providing technical support in a library, (e.g. issuing maintaining, researching, or inventorying reference materials and publications, maintaining files and suspense, directing visitors to include type of environment and type of customers serviced.) or; 2 years above high school.
